I have had chronic clusters for three years. At first they only came between 5 and 8 at night then they changed (when the days got shorter) from 3:00 to 8:00 At this point I can get them anytime mostly from 12:00pm on. The one thing I havee noticed is the changes all seem to take place when I make a change in my schedule. Lengthening my day during the winter with florecent light and keeping a regular schedule has helped. The oone saving grace (if there is such a thing) is Oxygen! When I get rolling with a headache 15 minutes of O2 lessens the pain so I can still function. After trying everything under the sun this is the best relief so far. Ask your doctor about it. its better then the Stadol i was taking and has no lasting effects on your system.
