Has anyone else had this?

I'm in week four of my cycle and have noticed that I am only getting the attacks once every three days. However they last ~6hrs and are really bad. In the past they would come 2x /day and be of short duration usually ~ 1hr. The total time in pain has remained the same but the frequency has changed. Anyone else out there had this happen?
