I find this to be very interesting. My husband suffers from CH and used to lift weights. He doesn't do that anymore, but he has found something else that helps his headaches. My friends think that I am crazy for letting him do this, but I can honestly tell it makes a difference. He goes golfing. We don't know what there is about it, but it does seem to help him in a preventive way.
