I've dealt with the beast for over 50 years and my initial response was "nah, no such signs". But after thinking about it, the last cycle started after I had come home from work and took a nap before dinner. I never do that. Went to bed shortly after dinner and woke up an hour or so later with mega CH. My wife, God bless her, knew just what to do; ie turn off all unneeded lights, stay out of the way and hope I don't trip over the cat or bash into the wall. After 4 weeks of hell this cycle has ended. I'm not sure what my state of being was prior to the onset but you've got me wondering and I'll pay closer attention next time (Sept. if the beast is on schedule).
