For about 2 mnths before this cluster I had xtreme sensitivity to alcohol (1 glass of wine seemd to give me a wicked hangover!)... until the thought of it makes me sick. Then a few weeks before it hit, I became lethargic, coming home from work and going straight to bed, no energy to do anything (which is very odd for me, I am EXTREMELY active). When I forced myself to do things, i.e. rock climbing, I could barely get up a wall that I could fly up before!! Even my cl.partner was surprised at my weakness. I wouldn't answer the phone, had problems smiling (again, an odd thing for me). I also was short of breath constantly,bloated, and just felt "ugly". My heart rate was still fine, but it seemed as though something was pressing on my diaphragm. I muscled through my day and forced myself to be friendly, but kept thinking "WHAT is wrong with me?".
Anyone have similar experiences?
