if I did. My neighbor a nurse of over 30 years of working with O2 in recovery I considered also a valuable asset in teaching me tips of a subject that was totally new to me. Others on this board have mentioned long term negative effects on using O2. Others have complained of lung burning, not much difference between that and the membranes in one's nose. The cure is simple, coat the inside of the nose with A&D ointment, heck I just tape my nose shut with a piece of masking tape, also keeps the mask cleaner when the nose starts to drip. The O2 works great for clearing the nose without direct contact. I just pray you never get a contaminated tank from your welding supplier that happened to me once, that puts an entire new meaning to the word, pain from a cluster. Some people have been working with O2 for years, why not gain from their experience rather than experiment for yourself? I am no expert on this subject, just passing on what I have been told and warned about.
