Damn! i'm shadowing good now...i swear it's because of the polyester in my jammies. Polyester is a known trigger by the way. If you don t' believe me put a polyester pillow case over your head tightly and hyperventilate. I guarantee you will trigger a ch.

Make sure you leave the tag on the pillow-case though.
