You get CH because something in you doesn't work right... not because you don't eat correctly, or because you have a stressful job, or because you got hit on the head when you were eight years old, or because you smoke too much, or because you you don't take enough vitamins or exercise enough or because you pray to the wrong god.
It's not your fault... that's the hand that life dealt you. No amount of behavioral change or therapy or good thoughts or other lifestyle changes will alter the FACT that you are built differently than others.
Sad but true.
