The recommended setting from the old farts around here seems to be 8-15 lpm. Some of us suck more than others. Those figures only affect how quickly the bag fills. So find yer rate! If your inhalation empties the bag before yer done inhalin....up the flow rate...if the bag fills too quickly and the pressure wastes valuable O2 from whatever leaky doomaflaggy...lower it.
in and out...kinda simple principle...in and out (sexual innuendos notwithstanding) I can't suck at more than 8.67 lmp...I'm a wimp...Jonny on the other hand sucks at much higher volumes...He's a stud. The rate of penetration which is tolerable...of O2 into our follicles ...is subjective. Find that G...Good spot.
Bubbler speech: Nick is right (ya won't see me say that too often) O2 is a lung burner. Get a hydrator! It's a little bottle of water that sits in line and hydrated...moistens...the O2. Simplest device in the world. I paid $5 for mine took 3 minutes to hook up.
Freshining the water and keepin it clean are it's only maintenance.
