O2 mask type

All this talk of Imigran (imitrex) rebounds makes me nervous - as an episodic sufferer for 30 yrs I now take 4 x 50 mg tablets over the course of a day. However I digress. O2 works on the early shadows and helps to soften the pain until the Imigran kicks in - and that is using a rebreathing mask! I want to buy a non-rebreathing mask - not too difficult in Sydney -(and O2 here does not involve a prescription) but there are 2 types - one with both valves closed, and the other with a valve open on one side! I know I need the one that gives me 100% pure O2 - which one would it be? Any help, including a link to posts I have previosly seen on this (but now cannot find) would be much appreciated.
