Hi Tatiana! Sounds to me like you've got migraines. I'm no expert, but I know a couple things about migraines vs. clusters since I'm lucky enough to get both! Migraines last longer, and don't hurt as much. If you're not clutching your head and begging out loud for the end, chances are it's not a cluster. WARNING: ALCOHOL WILL TRIGGER BOTH KINDS OF PAIN!!!! One more thing about clusters is that they TEND to be cyclical, that is, you'll get one EVERY DAY at the same time for a couple months or more, and then you'll get a break for a couple months or years, then one or more every day again.... As for treatment, there are many meds that treat both, since both are vasoconstrictive in nature. I use imitrex and oxygen, but you can read up on meds here on the site! Good Luck!
