You can always wait until your cluster cycle ends, that is if you are episodic and then just go for it since you would be off your meds. My first CH started when I was 7 months pregnant however I have had 2 more pregnancies, and while pregnant, the CH's ceased until approximately 3 months afterward each time.
With my first pregnancy and the CH, my doctor allowed me to take Fuirocet for the pain and I delivered a healthy baby boy. I did deliver him a couple weeks early due to the docyors decided it was just better to get him out since my blood pressure was getting so high during the CH but all is well now, he is now 5 and in kindergarten.
