Gotta agree with the others; the beast is so damned devious there is no telling. I'm 61 and started CH pre teen, and boy, ya wanna talk about the dark ages... But back to the question. I've had remissions that lasted only a month or so and also had 'em last about 2 1/2 years. The cycles have been less than a week in length and over six months (non chronic). The last cycle ended on May 5th, 2000 and with the exception of a recent scare that lasted maybe 3 days, I've been PF. Discouraging? Nah. If it hasn't killed me by now it aint gonna. Best of luck.
