it is like here, light winds, dreary, misty rain, these conditions also favor an inversion where industrial and vehicle pollutants will settle to the ground plus even pollan concentration increases, this has been documented by both OSHA and the EPA, but tell me you live at a place where your nearest neighbor is 200 miles away so you can shoot this hypotheisis down.
I feel the difference between clusterheads and normal people is the clusterheads have a proverbial bomb in their heads where normal people are, er, empty headed, would be nice to have that bomb removed, but they haven't found out how to do that yet, so that leaves that dirty word, "triggers" of which concentrated pollutants are getting into your blood stream and may trigger a CH attack. I was great yesterday was both windy and sunny, today calm, misty and foggy and already had 3 CH attacks this morning. I have driven ten miles north where there is nothing there in the same weather conditions and have cleared up, you can try the same. Just an observation with my own body.
