Every HA is still a 10. The pain level of each headache is maxed out. The only difference is how long they last. A level 10 (pain scale) HA that lasts 15 minutes is what I call a 6 or 7. A level 10 that lasts 2 hours is a big time 10!
My remissions have gotten longer as I get older. I'm at 2 years, 4 months right now and expecting the dude any time now (this matches my longest remission). That's up from 8-9 months when I was younger.
Last cluster wasn't very bad. 2 HAs a day for 5 weeks (lots better than the 12 week one I had the time before).
What the hell was the question again?
