im having a 10 as i type!!!!

i aint had a 10 in 6 months (damn good for chronic) and this is the longest time in 25 years that ive gone without one. sure i thought it could be the meds, but when i started meds 11 years ago they helped big time but i would always get whacked with 10's.

as the years have passed and the meds are still at the same doseage i start to think of a conversation through e-mail that i had with my best friend in the world (Jack Boyd) who has suffered longer than i have. we disscused if clusters lessened after putting in so many years of suffering---it has for me and my pal says it has for him.

any long term sufferers want to touch on this?
