O2 is the best front line treatment for clusters, most medical people think you are crazy when you ask for it. The cost ranges from $60-150 month depeding on the equipment. My company has switched insurance co,s several times over the last 8 years, I had to be persitant with the different Dr,s but they all have covered at least 80% after deductable. You might give it a try, there is no hangover like there is with Imetrix, however the effect may not last as long.
