at my chart and says I need a tetanus shot, was in a very bad cycle, in 24 hours the cycle was broke, doc says no relationship whatsoever, but who knows anything about clusters? For all I know, loosing some blood did the trick like the dark middle ages of releasing the evil spirits, for the record, I am not suggesting either bleeding nor the tetanus shot, but something kicked that bad cycle. Also a change of climate seems to work for me to break a cycle, a trip up to Lake Superior with that cool fresh moist air works miracles. Just can't seem to pin point the cause of these damnned CH's, now I am on a virus kick, but at times on a trigger or food reaction kick, a stong demerol visterol shot can also break a cycle if you can get your doc to give you one, least anyway, you will get some needed sleep if your CH's are keeping you up all night, CH's are easier to deal with when rested, extra miserable when you are dead tired, best wishes.
