The majority of us who suffer with these awful headaches have found that ice or at least cold packs work much better for us than heat. But if this works for you, than by all means, go for it. We've all had to experiment around and find out what works best for us. For some, breathing oxygen is a life saver, and for others it doesn't work at all.
