I am a 20 year old male that first had his attacks
starting my freshman year in high school. Recently i have
been put on the Medication Midrin, with lack-luster results.
The only way the medication kicks in is if i put my
head down and actually fall asleep at my desk for even as
5 minutes and when i wake up the CH is gone. I wish their was
a quick and easy way to not have to Experience the pain at
all. But thats not what i wanted to say. For the past couple of
weeks i have found away to relieve the pain to where it is tollerable
and can fall back to sleep in the mornings. I simply put a heating pad
under my right side, turn the heat up all way and after a couple of minutes
(about 10 usually) the pain is just a dull sensation and i can fall asleep again.
But as soon as i tried to take the heat away the pain came back, so just fall asleep
with it their. It really works and it has made my mornings so much more enjoyable. Thanx for
listening to my garble
