I've learned that some of you apply heat to your cluster side
while having a CH. I have a CH-er friend who once said that
when a CH came on, he would jump in the shower and "burn the
CH-side of his head off" (ouch). Is it a personal preference
to go to heat? Is there something about the heat that relates
to the blood vessels in the head and their contraction/dilation
function? I've always tended to slam a very cold, wet towel into
my right eye and pace all over the house during a CH if the meds
or the O2 just didn't work.
