Hi folks. I'm new to this site. Just found it as I was searching for info on how to stop this longest and most severe of cycles ever. Of course my doctor has been of little use. This site is amazing and it validates the new information sharing paradigm the web was supposed to create. Well it's been done. This is proof. I wish to thanks DJ for getting this thing going and Dr Robbins for his super site.
Now my theory; based on my experiences with ch, and I would like to know if anyone has experienced the same thing?
I have always got ch when I had lots of time off. For instance, I first got them back in the late 80's when I worked as a gardener. Laid off during the winter months I would sleep in a lot. Then the clusters came.
By spring I would be back at work...lots of physical activity and the clusters would disappear.
Then I became a teacher. In teacher's college I got them again. Lots of sleeping in and sitting around. Spring time came and they went away.
As a teacher I was always on my feet. Never sitting. Then came summer holidays and lots of lying around. BOOM clusters came back. Back on meds. However when I started back to work the clusters went away.
Now i'm a software developer and I sit on my ass all day writing code. This is the first time I've had clusters while working and it's freaking me out.
Does anyone else feel pain shooting up from their back or neck if touched, while in a cycle? If I ask my wife to rub my back or neck, it 's like asking for a friggin attack. Always works. If I quit my job and start standing around and walking all day will my clusters disappear, or am i just fooling myself?
Has anyone else had similar experiences?
cheers dudes and dudettes.....you all rock my world
hope to meet you people in person
