I'm in my 6 month of a cycle which has gotten worse in the last 2 weeks. This is the longest cycle I've ever been in and maybe the most painful. I get 3 ch a day.
I'm on verapamil, lithium and as of today, bethamethasone. I've missed the last 5 days of work. This morning I had a doozie of a headache which lasted 3.5 hours. I took 100mg of imitrex in tablet form and it failed to do anything. I vomited out my breakfeast, yesterday's supper, and God only knows what else during the course of the headache this morning.
I phoned my doc today and demanded the imitrex injections which i will pick up in a couple of hours.
My wife and I wonder how some people are able to afford this medication. Frankly, I'm afraid that if I lose my job because of ch, how will I afford to spend $100 a day on meds.
