Find yourself a doctor who WILL call you back. As for the secretary. No jury in the world would convict you!
During these things, a doctor who is there is a must. Go to the clinic when you're having a headache. That will even get the secretary's attention. I scared the hell out of everyone. Especially after I got hold of my doc's lab coat and wouldn't let go until I got some Imitrex and it started working. That sure got HIS attention. It never takes him over an hour to call me back.
