Hello !
I was taking lepicortinolo , a kind of prednisone for 23 days , I start with 40mg for 5 days and reduce 5mg every 3 days . This stop the pain till I stop taking and then back again to the pain, is getting worst and worst. I´m chronic cluster suffer for 3 years now , and it becomes worst over the time .
As my doctor is in hollidays at the moment and the pain was big , I start again with the lepicortinolo , by my self , am I doing right ? people who are familiar with corticosteroids can tell me something .

Other thing is I want to try lithium , but I know it only start working after 1 or 2 weeks , so I need to start while I´m taking this corticosteroid , someone have this experience ? If so , please let me know.
One more question , do you have problems when you take many oxigen ? because this days I use 15 lt/min
during 15min. several times and now I cough when I breath strong .
