I guess I'm one of those 'druggie shroomheads' that you are referring to, because that particular treatment has brought my husband relief. (In fact, I remember YOU saying you were wanting to try that treatment, but that's besides the point.) And, from over here in the 'water corner', we're also some of the ones that treatment has helped too. You're right - a lot of off the wall treatments have been reported here. But at least these treatments are aimed at battling CH and every legitimate sufferer here is dealing with and ONLY with CH. Not TN. What's pissing folks off here is that Rocky will NOT listen to any of the throng who have tried to tell him that CH and TN are NOT THE SAME THING!!!Further, none of us has ever offered to charge any of our fellow sufferers for any of these treatments - how could we even THINK of making money from someone else's pain? We live with CH pain, whether we suffer or support, these people that are here trying to promote their clinics or their costly cures are trying to capitlize on that pain, Georgia and THAT's what is wrong.
As a p.s. - I can't think of one clusterhead who wouldn't even think twice about crossing legal lines to offer another clusterhead some relief. Legalities aside, there have been many instances behind the scenes here when sufferers have sent each other meds that they know will help. Money is never requested or expected. You haven't probably been here long enough to remember the fund that was set up to help one of our sufferers. Lots of folks gladly donated without question. THAT's support. THAT's why we're here.
