cluster headaches

Hi, I need some advise. I have been experiencing an episode for the past few weeks. Can't seem to shake this headache. This one is striking during the day unlike the past ones that usually strike at night. Yesterdays was so bad. 7 hours of straight pain. Thought it would kill me. I took so many pain killers nothing helped. Finally it was gone and I was pain free all night. I'm dreading 11:00, that is when it usually hits. I have been prescibed Zomig, imitrex, esgic, fiorinal and midrin. I would appreciate input on other treatments. I have about a half hour before the next one is due. Help!!!
