ice. Ice has been a saviour for Mike too. It helps him to stay calm. We use those gel-filled deals that you keep in the freezer to take in a cooler to keep food cold. I keep 3 of them frozen or chilled at all times. I use one of those cloth gift bags and put the ice bag inside it. Mike lays it on the back of his neck.
He also will go stand in our un-heated garage to stay cool sometimes.
Staying cool has really helped him in his quest for calm.
