Hi Tami
I'm prob the last one that should be answering you because I am the new guy on the block around here. But it seems I have the advantage of actully being up at this hour to answer. Firstly, I don't agree with your assessment that you should not be comparing your problems to others that have had this problem for so many years. Think of it, I've had 35 years starting as a young child. That's 12 years to learn how to cope with it before having to deal with it as adult. I have anywhere from 5 CH a week to 1 in three weeks, yet here I am complaining. Were all different except for one thing. We all support each other. I worked very hard high pressure job for 18 years now I work for myself (http://memebers.aol.com/moewed/PHOTO/main.htm). I know how I was treated if a headache shoot me down at work. I'm sorry to hear your at the point of giving up. I know you can take more then you think. You have a 12 and 15 year old reason to be around. You need to provide a good life for yourself. Those times that you have Ch are time you are just surviving. It the time between ch that you are living that make the just surviving time worth it. You are a motivated results type person. A friend of mine once said "if your not having fun, lower your standards." In other words, don't look for a solution here tonight, I don't have it. But I will suggest a starting point. Get the hell out of that office and take a vacation. Hear this, it must be for at least two weeks and it must be away from the daily grind. Get out of town. Get perspective and relax. Give yourself this gift you have earned it. Also, give your husband this site address to go to. It will help him and it will help him help you. This is my best advice. I hope you take it, but what ever you do, do post here again. I want to know how you're doing.
Best Wishes, Moe
