Could you please explain to me what prednisone actually does or is supposed to do? I've been on it for a week now and nothing seems to be any different one way or another. I'm out of this prescription now and am going to call the doc tomorrow and get some more meds. any suggestions on what i should be asking for? nothing at this time seems to be helping. I have fioricet which I gobble up like candy on the onset of a CH and it seems to stop them from going full blown in about 50% of the time. Amerge pills give me about the same success rate. I dont want to get into Imitrex yet, that seems too scary to me, whats the deal with verapamil, maxalt and Endural?
