I to am sorry to welcome you to our family, but glad you found us. It`s nice to have a name to your pain. I`ve had it for 25 year`s now. I`m a cronic CHer. Sad to say, but your not going to find much out their on CH and over 3/4 of what you do find is very miss leading. Finding this site has been a life saver for me. Being around people that know the pain. Trading different thing`s we do to try to stop it. By the way you might want to try the Water theropy. Drink at least a 8oz glass of water ever 1/2 to every hour. It has helped so many people here. It`s worth a shot. We are a closenet family here. We cry and laugh togeather. We try to get the word out. We try to get people to hear our story`s. Hang in there hun. Soon someone is going to take notice. For now know where here for you.
