Having been a confirmed curser of the "C" attack, and having been subjected to the debilitating effects of the injected pain killers, I can empathize with your situation on the use of the many types of medication. I have just had the "C"s go into remission after having undergone a different treatment. The nasal "Migranal" would give some temporary relief, but what really kicked the cycle was to be given intravenously a drip of DHE (Dihydroergotomine). I don't know the strength, but it sure broke the cycle. I hope this helps and know you do not suffer alone....Geo
