Any body know about melatonin? I'm taking six mgs a night, and things have really changed. The chs stopped for a few days, then became irregular and then blossomed into the usual grusome hell. It was only after a day or so that I realized the blossoming was in fact the climax of the whole cycle. Which is usually the way they end - big, nasty explosion that goes on all night. But the next day they were gone. That's two weeks early, and that not only unusual, it's never happened before. I've been having these things for 30 years come next August (that's 40 to 50 of the little dears) and I'm usually so regular you can set your calendar by them. They come within a day or two of five weeks. So, in theory, I ought to be having them for a couple more weeks. The question is this: do I quit the melatonin, or do I stop, or do I cut down slowly, or does anybody have a clue? I don't.
