Hi, Emma is 13 and she uses the Imigran nasal spray, as long as she can act quickly enough and catch the attack before it starts to break through it works in 5-15 mins, oxygen helps but we are still on a learning curve with that.Best Wishes Julie/Emma.in the U.K.
