It's a mix of ergotamine, phenolbarbital, and belladonna. I think .6 mg of ergotamine, 40 mg of phenolbarbital, I forget how much of the belladonna. Is anyone familiar with it?

ps. An amusing related note: the bottle of bellergal-S is liberally coated with stickers warning of possible addiction because it contains phenolbarbital, a barbituate. According to the Physician's Desk Reference, it takes (on average) 400 mg of phenolbarbital daily for about 90 days to develop a real physical dependence on it (i.e. ten Bellergal-S tablets per day, or a total of nine hundred tablets). Ten tablets per day would add up to toxic levels of ergotamine and bellandonna in just a few days--does anyone think the addiction warning is justified?
Gotta love the FDA....
