I started on verapamil 80 mg. 3 times a day about 2 weeks ago. At the time I was having 3-5 attacks per day. The verapamil was increases 80mg every 3 days and I will soon be on 480 mg. per day. The demon has been running scared and has not tried to attack me but about 5 times in the last 2 weeks. And then you could tell he was wounded because his attacks were tolerable. How long do you stay on the medication after the h/as leave or do you continue on it all the time. Have not talked with my Dr. re. this as one of her nurses think clusterheads can wait indefinetly. Would appreciate any advice re. this medicine. Thanks, Nancy C.
