The cycle came to it's natural end, although my temple is still a little tender, and I'm getting the odd shadow in the morning.
The candida treatment is going fine. I've lost weight, and I'm starting to get used to the diet. I haven't had any adverse effects from the Lamisil. The patch on candida on my chest is clearing up, and I can see a change in my toenail. I haven't been bothered with IBS at all which is great. Both my eyesight and hearing are improving, and my sinus infection has finally cleared up. All in all I'm happy with the progress but it's still early days. I should add that I felt like shit for the first 3 days and though I was going to die!
