I started the diet 4 days before I started the Lamisil. Lamisil is the lastest anti fungal, and much more effective than Nystatin. You may feel unwell at first when the yeast starts to die, but it is unlikely to feel worse than the onset of flu. It only lasts a few days at most. I am bothered with ear problems caused by fungis growing on my ear drum. I don't see spots in front of my eyes. You get used to the no sugar thing. Mt secret is contolled cheating - I eat or drink one sweet thing a week. Saying never is way to hard. You can have caffiene, but as little as possible, again I cheat a little.
