As Simon says (pun intended) the OUCH Board is currently discussing the dues structure in an attempt to address exactly what you are saying. Paying dues now and again in a couple of months. Under consideration is the thought that dues received in Nov-Dec will not only cover the remaining months in the current year but also cover the entire following year. So you get 14 months membership for your dues. I'll keep you posted as we come to a decision on this proposal.
