I agree that for lengthier remission you will probably require a heftier dose. Flash's recent experiences with underdosing would tend to support that conclusion.
I am very pleased to hear that you have had such dramatic relief to date. It will be interesting to know what is the optimal dose in your case, and whether or not the relatively high frequency of the (admittedly low) previous doses diminishes the efficacy of subsequent larger doses.
