I think I meant that he becomes very physically ill..ie. vomits aggressively. He is a bit violent with himself as he's trying to tear the pain out...at which point giving him space looks like a good idea. Mostly he looks toward me for comfort and help...and asks that I stand with him throughout the episode...and he never becomes violent toward me or others in the house.
