A good place to be sure if you have CH is the Cluster quiz, which is also to the left. It sounds like, if you have them, you have a variation which is interesting. Crane work (or your positioning) is the prime culprit? That could make it many things. But I, and others here, have reported that a certain position will bring it on. To tell you the truth, I hope you have it and are willing to be studied, assuming a doctor wants to study just that aspect of it. It just sounds somewhat helpful/promising that it can be looked at in just one triggering.
