I get bouts of sinus pressure (usually never accompanied with fluid/mucous)and 50% of the time ending with headache on one side of head at temple. Recently diagnosed w/sinus infection on one occasion...wondering if all bouts are an infection (?) Can't concentrate, and sometimes have to confince myself I'm not going crazy. During really bad episodes can't sleep...feel as though I'm experiencing claustaphobia within my scull.
