New to message board. Have had cluster headaches for
30+ years. Started while in infantry training in the
Marine Corps. Never thought I would get to talk to any
other Clusterheads, then I found this! Have sent and
received E-mail from Danita, and another gentleman who
sent me some info on biofeedback. Have had the best
luck with Verapamil and oxygen. And a doctor who will
give me pain meds. It all helps me to get by and stay
working although nothing touches a full blown cluster!
I have spent the last few hours reading stuff on the
message board. I can certainly tell that level of pain
affects everyone differently and everyone reacts in a
different manner. Meaning - some people yell and/or
move (pace). As for me, all I can do is sit paralyzed
and cry, and even that hurts! Must close for now. If
I talk about it to much, I will start getting shadows!?
My respect and anything I can do goes out to anyone who
has to endure this. Prayers to all.
