Hello Airyn! The "ice cream cold" pain you describe in your eye sounds like the way I might describe my cluster h/a pain. The pain becomes so intense that you feel you want to rip your eyeball out from it's socket. I have read posts from others on this board who do suffer from both migraine and cluster or a combination of the two. There is some great info about clusters on this site as well as others. Look to the top of this message board where it states, "If you haven't seen the very detailed, FANTASTIC information about Cluster Headaches yet (features, characteristics, treatments, etc.) and click on "click here." Also, is your doctor a neurologist? If not, you may want to make an appointment to see one. Take good care of yourself, and may the pain free days be quickly forthcoming.
