Hi - I don't know if anyone on this site can help me because I don't really know what I have. I get headaches at least 4 times a week maybe more. They ussually come at the end of the week (Thurday) and last for a few days but that is not only the case. They can come any day and sometimes they only last for a day. I occasionally get migraines but I know when I get these - and it's only once or twice a month. I also have TMJ which causes me to have TMJ headaches often. But I also get headaches that feel like (as another person on the messge board called it) an ice cream cold pain. Right in my eye and I just want to jab a fork in there. My doctor thinks perhaps I have chronic tension headaches but so far the medication she gave me (chronovera) is not working. I just wish I knew what these headaches were so I could try new methods. I have tried EVERYTHING but if anyone has any suggestions I would be glad to hear them. Thanks for reading this and any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.--Airyn
