Dear Cindy: I read on the board tonight, I forget who wrote it, that he cried AFTER the attack, either because the pain is gone or that it will come BACK. That's always the kicker. It ISN'T a headache it's a syndrome of unreal and unrelenting pain. It has nothing in common with the kind of pain in migraines. No one with these things goes to bed until they are over. Sleep becomes a thing of fear. Sufferers are dragged out of ordinary or drugged sleep. Your employer must be made aware that this is NOT a migraine.
