Hello I am new to this site, I have been suffering migraines for almost 20 years now, but only very seldom in the last year or two, until recently I had a week with them and in fact my head is still not clear. I have had every test known, and two yrs. ago a neurologist gave me the answer that he felt the long spell of my migraines was due to the barometric pressure, and until it cleared he advised me to take whatever pain relief I could that gave me some relief. It sounded crazy but I believe him to be right on and I am in one of those times right now, it is very discouraging, I usually have to pretty much drug myself up to get some relief and sleep the days away, I have found your site and been reading some and discovered "feverfew" which I had forgotten about, because a few years ago I was taking this and had relief , so I am going to try it again. glad to have found the site, thanks,also I wanted to add if is there is anyone out there taking such drugs as Fiorinal with codeine or any related drug for your headaches sometimes it isn't mentioned but you can get rebound headches from the codeine and caffiene in those drugs.
