Hello Geo,
What you have observed is actually typical of CANDIDA (YEAST). It flares up with high sugar intake, and high starch intake results in high sugar, too. Alcohol also contains yeast, which also triggers attacks. There is at the same time yeast and mold allergy as well, in my opinion. Mine have been tested, so since it's proven, I avoid all yeast containing foods (both baker's and brewer's yeast, mushrooms, alcohol) - at least cut out the nausea and vomiting since then. Candida always flares up when I eat too much starch. Plenty of fibre and some protein is ideal, but also have milk allergy, so no dairy at all. Have noticed that my worst attacks go hand in hand with severe intestinal problems, again a sign of CANDIDA. From what I read from others here, it really strikes me how many seem to suffer obvious Candida symptoms. Many good books available on YEAST/CANDIDA, or try the net.
best wishes, PF PF PF
