This site recommends taking lots of calcium along with the magnesium supplements. This IMPLIES that magnesium interferes with calcium absorption, and not vice versa, but it is stated as a recommendation without any explanation behind it. Heck, for all I know, it may be that the calcium actually AIDS in the absorption of magnesium.
I don't want to be stubborn about this, but I am POSITIVE I have seen more than one scientific abstract claiming that excess calcium interferes with magnesium uptake.
Thanks again for the link, but I will continue to research this further.
